At Align Health for Men we know that your time is valuable. We offer a convenient subscription based model of care which makes continued care simple.

Lab work must be completed PRIOR to the initial evaluation. Once labs have been resulted, you will be seen for your initial evaluation visit in person. After your initial evaluation, appointments can be completed via phone/telemedicine or in person. 

We don't believe in making you unnecessarily come in for visits. You have more important things to do.
